A recent review of acupuncture’s effect on IVF treatment in the British Medical Journal stated that acupuncture could increase a woman’s chance of pregnancy by 65%. At the same time, acupuncture on IVF is safe and no adverse effects were reported.

It is recommended that patient receive acupuncture or / and Chinese herbal treatments to regulate the body’s functions and make IVF more successful. Regular treatments once a week may be needed, three months prior to the IFV procedure approximately.
